This is not a fair coin. The sequence runs in hidden regimes, and while a regime is on, one side comes up far more than half the time. Watch the revealed bits, spot the lean, and bet with it. A perfect reader lands near 65; guessing blind lands at 50.

How to play it

You get 100 bits, one at a time. Each guess is locked before its bit is shown.
Watch the sequence. When one side keeps coming up, the regime is leaning that way — bet with it.
When the lean flips, switch. The regime changes every so often, so stay alert.
Above 50 means you found the structure. Every run is a fresh puzzle, so play as many as you like.

Why it's fair — and not the Daily

Fixed before you play. The rule (parameters + seed) is committed before the run and revealed after, so anyone can regenerate the sequence and check it.
Not the fair target. This is a skill game. It is not the hardware-QRNG Daily and never touches the Lab or the C1 record.
